Working Days : Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Weekly Off : Saturday & Sunday fixed off

Experience Required : 1–4 years in Recruitment Agency / RPO / 3rd-party hiring

Role Objective

To manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client accounts under the RPO / third-party hiring model — ensuring high-quality sourcing, precise screening, structured candidate database management, and consistent joining conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment (RPO Model)

• Understand client JDs, hiring expectations & role requirements
• Post jobs across paid & free job portals
• Source relevant candidates from Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Internshala & other channels
• Perform structured telephonic screenings
• Evaluate salary, notice period, location fit, and communication
• Schedule interviews and ensure high attendance
• Coordinate continuously with client HR teams
• Manage offer, negotiation & joining follow-ups
• Maintain trackers, MIS updates & daily hiring sheets

2. Candidate Sourcing & Database Management

3. Client & 3rd-Party Coordination

4. Tender-Based & Government Hiring (Preferred Advantage)
