🚀 We're Hiring : Performance Marketing Manager + Shopify Expert | Daamaira Home & Living

📍 Location : Rama Road, West Delhi (Near Kirti Nagar Metro)

🏢 Work Mode : Work from Office only

🕒 Timings : Monday to Saturday | 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

💰 Package : ₹6–8 LPA

Daamaira Home & Living — a fast-growing luxury home décor brand — is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager + Shopify Expert who can take complete ownership of our digital growth.

If you live and breathe Meta & Google Ads , know Shopify inside out, and can manage funnels, analytics, and conversions — we want you!

What You’ll Do :

Plan, execute & optimize Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
Manage & optimize our Shopify store — products, apps, themes, checkout & SEO.
Create funnels, retargeting campaigns, and conversion-driven strategies.
Track performance, analyze data, and improve ROAS continuously.
Coordinate with creative and content teams for impactful ad campaigns.

What We’re Looking For :

Prior experience is a must (3–6 years preferred).

Strong command over Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads & Analytics tools.

Ability to handle full e-commerce operations independently.

Analytical, creative, and takes ownership like it’s their own brand.

Experience with luxury / lifestyle brands is a plus.
