Location :  Gurgoan, India

Experience :  7+ Years

Salary :   27-32 LPA

We’re hiring a  DevOps Engineer - Lead  to spearhead our DevOps efforts, guide a growing team, and streamline deployment pipelines and infrastructure. If you're passionate about driving engineering excellence and leading with impact, we’d love to connect.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles with strong Linux / Unix administration skills
  • Expertise in AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments; capable of designing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient hybrid / cloud infrastructure
  • Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Python, Groovy, Bash) and using infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation
  • Deep understanding of CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Azure DevOps) and automation practices
  • Skilled in database systems including SQL, NoSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, Hadoop, MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and Redis
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, ECS, Docker Swarm, and building high-availability systems
  • Experience in network and security engineering (kernel tuning, DNS, SSL, IAM, load balancing, firewalls)
  • Familiar with governance, compliance (SOC2 / HIPAA), access control, and centralised identity management (AD, Entra ID)
  • Experience in data / pipeline engineering and ETL / serverless workflows using tools like Airflow, AWS Glue, Lambda, and Talend
  • Proven ability to design and optimize automation systems for web, mobile, and data infrastructure
  • Ability to develop scaling strategies, self-service solutions, and reusable tools / code patterns for efficient engineering workflows
  • Strong leadership in mentoring, coaching, and guiding junior DevOps engineers and interns
  • Ownership of team performance, development, workload management, and project profitability
  • Skilled in project tracking, proactive issue resolution, and aligning technical delivery with business goals
  • Promotes a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture with psychological safety and open communication
  • Actively contributes to recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development within the team
  • Encourages knowledge sharing through tech talks, workshops, and hackathons
  • Organizes team-building activities and fosters a healthy work-life balance
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, time / stress management, and client communication skills
  • Able to give and receive constructive feedback professionally
  • Expected to participate in quarterly Leads meetings (recruitment, project status, team feedback) and undergo performance reviews for the first two years to ensure alignment with company vision and expectations.
