Job Description
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement, training, and grievance handling.
Manage housekeeping, office maintenance, and canteen operations.
Handle stationery, vendor coordination, and daily admin tasks.
Ensure workplace hygiene, safety, and discipline.
Supervise support and contract staff.
Post job openings and coordinate with consultants for hiring.
Prepare and maintain HR and admin reports.
Support management in overall HR and administrative operations.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Hindi preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR and admin functions .
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) .
Ability to coordinate and supervise support staff effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset .
Positive attitude, willingness to learn , and adaptability.
