Export Sales Manager – International Business (Mid-Level)

About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Export Sales professional to drive multi-country sales for our steel wire products, OPGW, and OFC cables. The role involves market development, client management, and end-to-end export operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop new international markets and build relationships with global distributors, EPC contractors, and utilities.
- Achieve region-wise export sales targets;
manage leads, pricing, negotiations, and order closures.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and commercial teams for smooth order execution.Handle export documentation (PI, LC, COO, BL, AWB, etc.) and ensure compliance.Manage overseas client communication, virtual meetings, and business reviews.Track competition, pricing trends, and prepare monthly sales / MIS reports.Support international exhibitions, travel planning, and customer visits.Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate / MBA in Marketing or International Business (preferred).10–15 years’ experience in Export Sales (Steel / Engineering / Telecom Cable / Industrial products ideal).Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, export documentation, freight, and LC procedures.Excellent communication, negotiation, and global client-handling skills.Proficient in MS Excel, CRM, and managing multi-country time zones.
