What You'll Bring to the Table

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)

Experience :

5+ years in product management roles with proven success in B2B software products

Background in HR technology, workforce management, ecommerce, or related domains

Track record of leading products from concept to market adoption

Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies

Ability to establish and measure product KPIs and business impact

Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives

Knowledge & Skills :

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making

Cross-functional leadership with engineering, design, and business teams

Knowledge of enterprise software platforms, APIs, and system performance

Expertise in user research and customer discovery methodologies

Proficiency in product analytics tools

Ability to influence organizational culture toward product-led practices

Strong stakeholder management across technical and business functions

Product Strategy & Vision

Define and communicate product vision aligned with business goals

Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user research

Build data-driven roadmaps with measurable ROI

Establish and report on product success metrics

User Experience & Value Creation

Lead customer discovery and user journey mapping

Define user value propositions and adoption metrics

Collaborate with UX / UI teams for seamless experiences

Drive A / B testing and continuous optimization

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with engineering for technical feasibility and delivery

Work with PMO for project coordination and communication

Translate business needs into product requirements

Align with customer success and sales for feedback loops

Product Management Excellence

Implement product discovery and validation frameworks

Prioritize product backlog effectively

Write detailed product requirements and user stories

Execute quality go-to-market strategies for successful launches
