Associate Processor

to join our team and support key loan processing activities for the

US Mortgage industry , from setup to final underwriting.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Process loans from application to underwriting

Order and manage third-party documents (payoffs, insurance, credit supplements, MI, translations)

Validate property profiles and manage documentation across platforms

Collect and analyze documents for underwriting approval

Resolve routine title issues and verify approval conditions

Maintain workflow prioritization to meet closing timelines

Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth processing

Provide excellent customer service and maintain quality standards

What We’re Looking For :

Graduate with

2+ years of experience

in loan processing or financial services

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Excellent communication and customer service mindset

Ability to work in a paperless, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment

Flexible to work

night shifts

and outside normal business hours when needed

Proficient with PC tools and digital documentation systems
