Responsibilities :

1. Platform & Store Management – Oversee daily operations on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.), including product listings, pricing, content, and inventory sync.

2. Content Optimization – Enhance product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve visibility, search rankings, and conversions.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth – Drive KPIs such as revenue, AOV (average order value), cart abandonment reduction, and conversion rate improvement.

4. Campaign Coordination – Work with digital marketing teams on SEO, PPC, email, SMS, and paid ad campaigns, ensuring data-driven execution.

5. Customer Experience – Ensure a smooth checkout, payment, delivery, and return process, address customer queries and escalations promptly.

6. Promotions & Offers – Plan, execute, and track performance of discounts, bundles, upsells, and cross-sell strategies.

7. Inventory & Logistics – Coordinate with warehouses / fulfillment partners to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely order dispatch.

8. Analytics & Reporting – Use tools like GA4, Shopify Analytics, and marketplace dashboards to track performance, generate reports, and identify growth opportunities.

9. UX & Conversion Optimization – Implement site improvements, CRO audits, and A / B tests to enhance user engagement and conversions.

10. Market & Competitor Analysis – Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor activities to adapt strategies proactively.
