Job descriptionA certificate course in REVIT and AutoCAD from the accredited program is required. A range of 5-10 years of experience in architectural drafting. Prefer previous experience in complex Commercial, Industrial and warehouse facilities related experience. Experience with facilities in North America will be a plus. Ability to work with other construction related disciplines like Structural and MEP. Must have ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Expert software and computer skills required including AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office. A high level of REVIT and AutoCAD proficiency are mandatory. Fair levels of written, and verbal communication skills in English are required.
Responsibilities :
- The architectural draftsman will assist project teams of architects and Senior designers to create models and drawings on a variety of facilities like Office, Commercial, Warehouse and industrial etc.
- The successful candidate will actively work with the Sr. Architect and Senior Architectural Designer in handling the drafting workload.
- Develop 3D models in REVIT for architecture and interiors based on directions given by the Architects.
- Knowledge of typical architectural details, drawings, deliverables, preferably as in the US industry.
- Basic knowledge of architectural materials and elements.
- Ability to self-check and produce accurate work.
