We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team in Rourkela. As a Sales Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team, provide training and coaching to enhance their skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership roleProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareWhat We Offer :
