Job Summary :

The Mid-Level Paralegal will support the legal professionals across various practice areas, including commercial litigation, property law, and regulatory compliance. This role involves substantive legal work under the supervision of solicitors, contributing significantly to case preparation and client service.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties to coordinate meetings and gather information.
• Assist in preparing briefs for counsel and court submissions.
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely filings and responses.
• Utilize legal software for document management and time tracking.
• Support solicitors in trial preparation and administrative tasks as needed.
