About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Packaging & Branding Designer who thinks in systems, designs with purpose, and can take a product from “rough brief” to “ready for shelf.” If you enjoy crafting identities and translating them into packaging architectures that scale across SKUs, formats, and channels—this is your playground.

What You’ll Do

• Build brand identities end-to-end—logo, type, color, tone, and usage systems.
• Design packaging systems —master routes, SKU architectures, flavor / size adaptations, and shelf-ready files.
• Own production readiness —dielines, print specs, Pantone matching, prepress, and vendor coordination.
• Create on-pack communication —claims hierarchy, icons, FSSAI / MRP / legals, and storytelling that sells.
• Prototype & test —mockups, shelf visuals, renders, and quick iterations based on feedback.
• Collaborate with strategy, copy, and account teams; present work with clarity and rationale.
• Mentor juniors on craft, consistency, and file hygiene.
