Human Resources Manager

We are looking for HR manager. This role requires prior experience in managing end to end HR process and people development. The description for the role is as follows :

Managing HR process for employee lifecycle

Managing alumni relationship

Leading end-to-end people responsibility

Lead people barometer measurement exercise and focus on people's happiness

For successful execution of this role, the person needs to possess the following :

Post-graduation degree in humanities

Prior experience working in consulting domain or AI

Good communication skills

Good people skills

Take ownership of tasks and bring them to completion
