We’re scaling rapidly and investing in Zoho to automate operations, sales, and customer workflows.

We’re looking for a Zoho Implementation Consultant to oversee partner agencies, ensure strategic alignment, and guarantee on-time, high-quality execution across all Zoho applications.

Role Overview

You’ll act as the bridge between Clean Fanatics and Zoho partner agencies, making sure every automation, workflow, and integration is :

✅ aligned with business goals

✅ implemented efficiently

✅ delivered on schedule

✅ using the best practices within Zoho’s ecosystem.

Your focus will be on monitoring progress, validating outcomes, and ensuring every Zoho module functions seamlessly to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire Zoho implementation roadmap across CRM, Flow, Books, Creator, and Analytics.
Act as the single point of contact for all Zoho partner agencies.
Translate business requirements into clear technical briefs for agencies.
Review agency proposals and ensure optimal technical approaches are chosen.
Monitor development progress, track milestones, and ensure on-time, quality delivery.
Review completed modules to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Identify inefficiencies or misalignments and drive corrective actions.
Maintain a live tracker of all tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.
Conduct internal reviews and demos to validate readiness before go-live.
Provide weekly updates to leadership with progress, risks, and improvement suggestions.

Requirements

4+ years of experience leading or consulting on Zoho implementations.

Deep understanding of Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Flow, Analytics, Creator) and their capabilities.

Proven experience managing external Zoho agencies or vendors and ensuring delivery meets business expectations.

Strong ability to evaluate technical solutions, ensure best practices, and maintain efficiency.

Excellent project management, communication, and documentation skills.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.

Nice to Have

Experience in operations-heavy or service-based businesses.

Familiarity with Zoho APIs and Deluge scripting (for understanding and evaluation).

Zoho certifications in CRM, Flow, or Creator.

Contract Details

In-office role (Bangalore)

Contract-based

Full-time or Part-time options available

Duration : 3 to 6 months (extendable based on performance) and conversion to full-time possible
