Knowledge & Skills Required
- 1-3 years experience in chocolate / pastry production with knowledge of chocolate processing, molding, enrobing, and fillings.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and hands-on with familiarity with food safety standards (FSSAI preferred).
- Support the development and testing of bonbons, truffles, enrobed chocolates, and other confections through recipe trials, taste testing, quality checks, and documentation of recipes and SOPs.
- Assist in scaling products from lab to production, experimenting with ingredients and flavors, and helping the production team during trial runs or peak periods.
Educational Qualifications
Culinary Arts, Confectionery Science, or Food Technology. Professional chocolate / pastry training is a plus.
Willing to relocate and work on-site in Kochi, Kerala.
