CRD Developer (5+ Years E2E Implementation) - Capital Markets

šŸ“ Location : Mumbai, Pune, or Chennai, India

Are you a seasoned Charles River Development (CRD) Developer ready to take on complex, end-to-end implementation projects in the capital markets domain? We are looking for a highly independent, technical expert with strong Java and SQL skills to join our offshore team.

This is a critical role where you'll partner directly with Product Owners, leveraging your deep technical knowledge to design robust software solutions and drive the product backlog. If you thrive on autonomy and have a proven track record of successful CRD rollouts, we want to hear from you!

šŸ’” What You'll Do :

  • Design & Develop : Work closely with the Product Owner to design and develop robust, scalable software solutions that meet market needs.
  • CRD Implementation : Lead and execute technical aspects of CRD projects, drawing upon your experience in at least 2 End-to-End (E2E) CRD implementations .
  • Technical Leadership : Advise stakeholders on complex technical issues, defining proper software designs and specifying solutions for common problems.
  • Independent Ownership : Design technical specs and manage small to medium-sized projects with little to no supervision and take full ownership of more complex tasks.
  • Architecture : Develop, test, and implement applications using core back-end technologies while contributing to event-driven architectures and external-facing API development .

āš™ļø Required Skills & Experience :

  • Experience : Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience as a CRD Developer .
  • CRD Expertise : Mandatory experience in 2 E2E CRD implementations.
  • Back-End Mastery : Deep proficiency in Java and SQL .
  • Front-End : Experience with JavaScript .
  • Communication : Very good written and verbal communication skills; a true self-starter.
  • Domain : Strong appreciation for capital market domain knowledge .

    • ā­ Nice-to-Have :

  • Experience with other back-end languages like Python .
  • Experience developing cloud-native services on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud .
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React .
