We’re Hiring! HR Trainee – Recruiter (0–1 Year Experience)

Location : Hauz Khas, New Delhi

Company : Perfect Accounting and Shared Services Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee – Recruiter to join our growing team!

🔹 Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
  • Source candidates through job portals & social media
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain recruitment data, trackers & reports
  • Support onboarding and other HR activities

🔹 What We’re Looking For :

  • Graduation / Post Graduation
  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment / HR internship (freshers welcome!)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office & willingness to learn
