Job Title : AI / ML Engineer Python + Gen AI

Location : Pune / Chennai

Experience : 5+ the Role :

We are seeking an experienced AI / ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Data Engineering, and Generative AI concepts. The ideal candidate should have a solid engineering background, hands-on experience in building AI / ML solutions, and a creative mindset for Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and optimize AI / ML solutions using Python and Pandas for automation, data processing, and API integration.
• Work with Generative AI frameworks (RAG, Agentic AI) to design and implement innovative use cases.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques for fine-tuning and enhancing model outputs.
• Develop and consume REST APIs for seamless integration with applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable AI / ML-driven architectures.
• Contribute innovative ideas and creative problem-solving approaches to advance AI Skills & Experience :
• 5+ years of experience in Python development with expertise in Pandas.
• Strong foundation in AI / ML concepts and hands-on application.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Generative AI, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs both consuming and building.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities.
• Preferably from an Engineering background.
