✳️ The Role

We’re looking for a Recruitment Research Analyst (WFH, full-time)  with 2–4 years of experience in recruitment research or talent intelligence. After comprehensive training on tools like LinkedIn Recruiter , you’ll carry out high-level research for clients across Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and beyond.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and understand project briefs, clarifying questions directly with clients.
• Deliver high-quality research using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, always aiming to exceed expectations.
• Prepare long lists , short lists , market maps , and lead generation data  in Excel or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Track market news and company movements to provide clients with timely intelligence.
• Keep our research database and CRM beautifully organized.
• Present results to clients via Zoom and manage ongoing project communication.
• Take ownership for completing projects quickly and accurately, hitting QVS targets (Quality, Volume, Speed).
• Build trusted relationships with clients through thoughtful communication and reliability.
• Suggest new ways to improve research strategy and outcomes.
• Work in a positive, globally minded culture that values respect, curiosity, and continuous learning.
