Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the third line of support for DevOps-related issues and cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to CI / CD pipelines, AWS services and Linux systems.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of applications.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Maintain and enhance infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Ensure security and compliance across cloud environments.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Support roles.Experience with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to coordinate across teams, client and manage escalations effectively.Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.Proficiency in Linux system administration.Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, Load Balancers, Firewalls).Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Strong scripting skills would be additional advantage.
