Job Responsibility Role Description

• This is a full-time job located in Dehradun for a Manager, Food Processing & Quality Control. The role involves monitoring and managing the entire food processing workflow, ensuring adherence to quality and food safety standards.
• Responsibilities also include overseeing food service operations, managing customer satisfaction, supervising seafood processing procedures, and implementing quality control measures.
• The manager will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead a team to deliver optimal production results.
• To establish an inspection and arbitration system about quality standards .
• S / he will be responsible for implementing the intervention of the Mushroom and beekeeping activities in every district as prescribed by the PMU / DIU
• To formulate s procedure of sorting and grading in accordance with the quality standards applicable at the farm level ( mainly by visual confirmation).
