About Growth Valley :

At Growth Valley Community (GVC) we’re empowering ambitious teens worldwide through hands-on mentorship workshops by leaders from Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Columbia Business School, Silicon Valley and Wall Street. Teens within the bracket of 11-17 are mentored in the leading edge developments in AI, Tech, Business, Marketing, Finance etc.

We seek a Brand Manager to spearhead our brand presence – both online and offline – and unify our global message.

About the Role :

This isn’t a typical brand manager gig. You’ll be the “orchestrator of everything the world sees and feels about GVC” – across content, voice, digital, and design. You’ll sit at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, community, and chaos — and make it beautiful. From high-level brand strategy to day-to-day creative output, you will be ensuring GVC’s voice resonates consistently across social media, digital campaigns, the web, and offline.

Key Responsibilities –

1.      Holistic Brand Strategy  – Develop and refine brand guidelines, narrative and visual standards that “stand out” in its USP in the edtech and entrepreneurial space.

2.      Creative Direction  – Oversee content strategy, storytelling and design for social media, newsletters, events and more.

3.      Cross Functional Collaboration  – Work with internal teams (product, enrollment, founder’s office) to align the campaign objectives, deadlines and performance.

4.      Analytics & Iteration  – Track brand engagement, run A / B tests, and tweak campaigns based on data and feedback – balancing creativity with measurable impact.

Requirements –

  • 3+ years of experience in content and brand strategy, social media, or marketing
  • Bonus – if you have experience scaling brands
