Job description

Lead QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Lead QA Test Automation Engineer to spearhead our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering and excellent communication skills, with 8+ years of experience in QA automation.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests, creating test cases, and performing manual testing as needed.
This is a full-time remote role that requires collaboration with development teams to ensure software quality, address issues identified during testing, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Automated Testing : Develop and execute automated tests using frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, webdriverIO, or Appium.

Test Case Development : Create test cases and perform manual testing as needed.

Collaboration : Collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality.

Quality Assurance : Design and implement quality assurance processes.

Tools & Technologies :

Automation with Selenium, Playwright, webdriverIO, or Appium.

POSTMAN, API Testing, Mobile Application Testing, Reporting Tools.

APM platforms like Datadog, Dynatrace, ELK.

Qualifications :

Skills in automation Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, and test cases.

Ability to build testing automation framework from scratch and integrate with CI / CD pipeline.

Proficiency in Software Testing and understanding of Software Development principles.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
