Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate and qualify leads.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch appropriate programs.
• Schedule meetings or programs demos for the senior members.
• Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Handle incoming inquiries and follow through to close sales or pass qualified leads.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
