Job descriptionStrong analytical skills with ability to identify discrepancies in large data sets. High accuracy in matching transactions and balances to prevent errors and misstatements. Skilled in root cause analysis and resolving financial discrepancies. Proficient in interpreting financial data and trends for informed decision-making. Experienced in handling large-scale data for reconciliation. Ability to design and implement reconciliation templates and reports.
Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job) :
- Verify and validate logistics and commission charges for e-commerce partners.
- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation for partners (FBA, FBF) to ensure accuracy.
- Manage half-yearly partner reconciliation closures to maintain financial integrity.
- Handle accounts receivable for e-commerce channels.
- Reconcile seller payments and settlements across partners.
- Verify order-wise revenue, returns, and commission charges for accurate accounting and settlement posting.
- Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Oversee the PPMP return process, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor and verify all partner returns within defined timelines.
- Raise tickets in line with for claim settlement.
