Role Overview :

We’re looking for a Brand Designer who can bring Toffy’s visual identity to life across social media, marketing campaigns, and product visuals.

This role is ideal for someone who :

  • Thinks in ideas, not templates
  • Designs with intention, clarity, and strong aesthetics
  • Works best in a structured, calm, high-standard environment
  • Handles feedback professionally
  • Wants to build something meaningful, not just “make posts”

What You’ll Do :

  • Design high-performing static creatives and social media content
  • Create short-form video layouts (reel frames, transitions, hooks)
  • Translate scripts, concepts, and briefs into clean visual storytelling
  • Maintain visual consistency across platforms
  • Build layouts, brand assets, and content templates
  • Understand audience behaviour and design for attention & conversion
  • Bring fresh, thoughtful ideas aligned with Toffy’s brand voice
  • Organise files and maintain clean versions & folders
  • Work closely with the founder and marketing team

    • Who You Are : Design Skills :

  • Strong visual sense - clean, modern, premium
  • Great with typography, spacing, layout, composition
  • Familiar with short-form video flow and pacing
  • Updated with digital trends and platform behaviour

    • How You Think & Work :

  • You ask clarifying questions before you start
  • You value structure and clarity
  • You deliver on time with consistency and discipline
  • You handle feedback calmly and logically
  • You enjoy a calm, professional, high-quality work environment

    • Must-Haves :

  • 1–3 years of experience in design
  • Strong portfolio with premium-style work
  • Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
  • Ability to work on-site (Banjara Hills, Hyderabad)
  • Full-time availability (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM; Sat – half-day)

    • Compensation :

  • ₹25,000 per month
  • performance-based increments
