Software Development Intern (with potential full-time offer)

Job descriptionWork on a variety of technologies - from GenAI to .NET Write clean, testable, and maintainable code. Analyze existing codebases in different technology stacks to understand data and command flows. Participate in technical design discussions with founders and architects. Take complete ownership of assigned tasks from understanding the requirements, to low level design, code, test, and release to production. Ability to think through problems rather than settling for quick solutions Eagerness to understand requirements and business context Self-motivated with a strong ownership mentality Interest in learning varied technology stacks Attention to detail and commitment to code quality Recognizing that even seemingly simple tasks can come with hidden challenges Continuous learning and improvement Recognition that a software engineer's role involves much more than just coding Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals Proficiency in at least two programming language Understanding of software design principles and patterns Experience with version control systems (Git) Familiarity with API design and integration concepts Knowledge of testing methodologies and practices B.Tech students who have graduated in 2025 0-2 years of experience (relevant internships and projects count as experience) Demonstrated ability to complete end-to-end projects Experience working with structured codebases Learn directly from experienced founders committed to helping you grow your skills and career Environment that values depth over surface-level solutions Focus on learning and applying first principles Small team setting with high impact potential Growth as you take up increasing responsibility

Selected candidates will undergo a 1 month full time paid internship (Rs. 25,000). We will select one intern for a permanent job as Software Engineer at the end of the internship. (Rs. 10 to Rs. 15 LPA).

Location
We operate as a hybrid team based in Bangalore. At present, we work from the office 1–2 days a week, though this may increase over time.
The internship can be fully remote if you are not located in Bangalore. However, if you receive a full-time Software Development Engineer offer after the internship, you will be expected to relocate to Bangalore.
