Job Title : Senior Salesforce Developer

Location : Whitefield, Bengaluru

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days Work from Office per week)

Experience : 7+ years

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and customization. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
  • Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, configuration, and security compliance.
  • Perform data migration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce orgs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience : 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows .
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft / others), and third-party connectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, and governor limits .
  • Experience with Salesforce CI / CD, version control (Git), and DevOps tools .
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, or other advanced certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
