Job Title : Full Stack Developer – US Healthcare Domain Location : Gurugram [Hybrid] Experience : 2 to 3 years Employment Type : Full-time About the Role : We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team in the US Healthcare domain .

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both frontend and backend technologies and will play a critical role in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications in the US healthcare space.

Work across the full stack, building highly responsive web applications using modern technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines to streamline deployments.

Technical Skills Required : Frontend : JavaScript / TypeScript React.js Tailwind CSS HTML5 / CSS3 Backend : Node.js Python (basic to intermediate proficiency, Knowledge of poetry is plus) Docker Databases : MongoDB PostgreQL MYSQL DevOps & Cloud : CI / CD Pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, etc.) Project & Team Management : Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience working in or exposure to the US Healthcare industry , including HIPAA compliance, EHR / EMR systems, or claims processing.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
