Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team at Belvalkar
Housing Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing
engineering projects from inception to completion. The role requires technical expertise, strong problemsolving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute engineering projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and specifications while ensuring compliance with industry
standards.
Coordinate with various teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamlessproject execution.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control checks to ensure adherence to safetyand regulatory requirements.
Identify and resolve technical issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and performance.Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, contracts, and permits.Assist in cost estimation, procurement of materials, and contract negotiations.Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure project goals are met.Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industryregulations.
Proficiency in project management tools andExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Willingness to travel to project sites as required.Preferred Qualifications :
PMP or equivalent project management certification.Experience working in the real estate and housing industry.Familiarity with budgeting and cost control.Compensation & Benefits :
