Timing : 3pm to 12 am IST

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development, deployment, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
• Design and deliver advanced Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop custom Power Apps applications (Canvas and Model-Driven) and integrate them with Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and external data sources like SQL Server and Azure.
• Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Customize and extend Power Platform capabilities using PowerFX, JavaScript, PCF controls, Azure Functions, plugins, and custom connectors.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into high-quality technical specifications.
• Ensure solution quality, security, and performance through rigorous testing, validation, and adherence to organizational governance standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications, resolving issues and enhancing functionality to improve user experience.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing engineering environment.
• Stay current with latest Power Platform updates and best practices, and provide training and support to end users and stakeholders to maximize platform adoption.
