Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Event Planner at Benison Event Co. The Event Planner will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of event planning, including creating event timelines, managing budgets, ensuring client satisfaction, and liaising with vendors and stakeholders. The role involves overseeing event logistics, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the smooth execution of events while striving to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management
• Budgeting experience with a focus on cost-effective event execution
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills to build and maintain client relationships
• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure
• Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus
• Relevant experience in event planning required; a degree in Event Management or related field preferred
