Job Description :
Role Overview : As an AV & End User Support Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining AV infrastructure, supporting end-user devices, and collaborating with global IT teams to uphold service excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct proactive checks of AV and conferencing equipment
- Provide live, in-person technical support during meetings
- Manage inventory and update asset systems
- Decommission outdated equipment and maintain documentation
- Support laptops, mobile devices, and basic hardware / software tasks
- Participate in IT rollouts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with ServiceDesk and international support teams
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field3+ years in AV / meeting room and end-user IT supportFluent English and strong interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)Technical knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Webex, Windows 10 / 11, Office 365, iOSITIL Foundation certification preferredExperience in global support and 24 / 7 environments
