Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect financial information and align budgets with organizational objectives.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Review and reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Implement and monitor financial policies, procedures, and internal controls for compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and financial examinations.
- Provide support, mentorship, and guidance to finance team members to promote a collaborative work environment.
- Stay updated on evolving financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.
Requirements :
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (M.Com preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least some managerial or supervisory exposure.Strong understanding of financial principles, compliance standards, and reporting best practices.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High ethical standards and commitment to integrity in financial management.Skills Required
