Key Responsibilities
- Use market research and competitive analysis to identify positioning opportunities & GTM strategies
- Drive consumer insights to create core messaging and brand evolution
- Create compelling and brand-aligned content to ensure a consistent tone of voice and engagement across all platforms
- Lead end-to-end campaign conceptualization, execution, and optimization with vendors across multiple marketing channels – including digital, print, OOH, PR, and on-ground activations
- Own reporting and insight generation to continuously refine marketing strategies - translate data into actionable plans that align with business goals
- Ensure seamless inter-department communication to align marketing with funnel goals
- Regularly track industry trends, customer behavior, and brand perception
Requirements
6-8 years of experience in marketing in the real estate sector is a mustExperienced in handling multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliar with both offline & online marketingStrong verbal and written communication skillsSkills Required
