Test Automation Engineer - Python / Selenium

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer with 35 years of experience in the Telematics domain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Python, Robot Framework, and CAN / CAPL scripting, along with a solid understanding of cloud-based services, in-vehicle telematics systems, and mobile application integration. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on advanced automotive telematics solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Robot Framework.
• Create and execute CAN / CAPL scripts for CAN bus simulation and validation.
• Perform end-to-end testing of telematics systems, including cloud platforms, in-vehicle telematics units, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Manage test cases and defect tracking using JIRA.
• Maintain test scripts and documentation using GIT for version control.
• Conduct Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and assist in basic hardware troubleshooting.
