Business Development Associate (10 / 10 / 2025)

We are seeking a driven and detail oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping high-precision, mission-critical systems for the semiconductor industry.

Job location : Pune | Mumbai

Responsibilities :

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities with semiconductor fabs, PV solar manufacturers, and high-tech clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and projects, tracking progress through CRM tools.
• Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as the key contact for strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure alignment of business proposals with execution capability
• Analyze market trends, industry reports, and competitor activity to inform business development strategy
• Represent DDE UHP at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums to build visibility and partnerships.
• Review client RFPs, coordinate with design and engineering teams, and prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and bids.
• Provide periodic reports on business development performance, forecasts, and strategic insights.
