Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for IT roles.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Skills and Qualifications
