We're Hiring | Business Development Executive – IT Staffing (C2H)

Location : Delhi NCR / Mohali

Experience :

4+ years (Relevant experience in Domestic IT Staffing – C2H)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate new business in IT staffing (Contract to Hire - C2H)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies / clients
  • Contribute to achieving revenue targets through lead generation and client acquisition
  • Willing to travel to client sites as required
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery

Requirements :

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT staffing (domestic hiring – C2H)
  • Strong network in the IT industry
  • Proven ability to bring in new staffing business
