Holds the highest level of administrative responsibility within the club.Accountable for meeting and exceeding daily goals related to sales, self-generated leads, appointments, referrals, and calls.Introduces and educates prospective members on Anytime Fitness offerings and the Workout App .Promotes and creates awareness about personal and remote training programs .Ensures a high-quality member experience at every interaction.Conducts sales presentations and club tours for walk-ins and prospects.Manages reception duties , including administration, documentation, and cash handling .Handles incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.Provides operational and administrative support to H2I (Heart-to-Inspire / Head of Club) .Supports member retention through continuous engagement and a consistent keep-in-touch strategy .Educates members and prospects to ensure 100% usage of the club's app and digital tools .Responsible for handling all purchase activities needed for club operations.Ensures staff performance and discipline is maintained.Manages staff rosters and shift schedules effectively.Expected to work flexible timings , approximately 9 hours per day .Accountable for achieving the overall club targets .Oversees club software management for operations and tracking.Manages PR, follow-ups, and lead conversion .In charge of pre-sales activities including marketing campaigns such as flyers, inserts, and other outdoor marketing initiatives .Skills Required
