Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary, highly analytical, and execution-focused Head of Token Strategy & Growth to lead the design, launch, and global adoption of our asset-backed token ecosystem .

This is a mission-critical leadership role requiring deep expertise in :

• Tokenomics & crypto economics
• Asset-backed digital models (RWA — Real World Asset tokens)
• Market strategy, user acquisition, and ecosystem growth
• Incentive design, gamification, and promotion mechanics

Your mandate is to build a value-driven, sustainable token economy —not funded by hype or speculation, but anchored in real-world assets, utility, and long-term value creation.
