Sourcing Manager - Castings / Machining

Job descriptionManage cost reduction initiatives and margin improvement for NPI projects. Conduct quick costing and work with cross-functional teams to align purchasing strategies. Oversee the APQP process to ensure supplier feasibility and compliance. Maximize local content and competitiveness by managing supplier relationships effectively.
Key Deliverables :
- Develop and manage sourcing strategies for casting, machining, forging, and sheet metal components.
- Execute cost improvement programs and manage total cost ownership (TCO) for assigned projects.
- Drive localization and technology transfer initiatives to optimize project costs.
- Plan and execute retro-planning for NPI projects to meet FAI milestones and delivery timelines.
