Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- SAP QM

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements to design and configure SAP QM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality management strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Configure SAP QM module to meet client requirements, including quality planning, inspection planning, and quality control.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality assurance.
• Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase.
• Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate SAP QM best practices and solution capabilities.
• Collaborate with the development team for customization and enhancement requests.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP QM related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP QM trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Strong experience as an SAP QM Consultant, with expertise in implementing and supporting SAP Quality Management module.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP QM functionalities, including quality planning, quality inspections, non-conformity management, and quality notifications.
• Proficient in SAP QM configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
• Familiarity with business processes related to quality management in various industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Work in conjunction with data migration personnel to lead the customer thru the data mapping process.
• Creates functional specifications for development objects.
• Conducts unit testing on overall solution including technical objects.
• Supports integration testing and user acceptance testing with customer.
• Explores new SAP applications as a subject matter expert and may be first adopter for emerging SAP technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
