The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative with 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales, and a strong understanding of the Middle East / Europe markets. This role will play a pivotal part in expanding AmpleLogic’s footprint across the GCC region by managing the end-to-end sales cycle and client account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion : Drive new business development and client acquisition across the Middle East, achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership : Manage the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation, prospecting, and qualification to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Client Account Management : Build, nurture, and retain strong client relationships through regular engagement, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Consultative Selling : Understand customer pain points, position AmpleLogic’s solutions effectively, and deliver tailored demonstrations and proposals aligned with client needs.
- Regional Strategy : Identify emerging market trends, competitive dynamics, and partnership opportunities specific to the GCC and European regions.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and lead-generation teams to align go-to market strategies and drive regional growth.
- Client Success : Partner with internal delivery and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and post-sale satisfaction for all clients.
What You’ll Bring
Experience : 3–5 years in B2B sales, preferably with exposure to Middle East market in SaaS or enterprise technology domains.Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead small teams is an added advantage for driving accountability and fostering a high-performance sales culture.Sales Acumen : Proven success in managing end-to-end sales and long-term client relationships with measurable revenue impact.Communication : Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across diverse cultural and organizational backgrounds.Domain Knowledge : Experience in IT / ITES, SaaS, or regulated industry solutions (life sciences, pharma, biotech, etc.) is an advantage.Mindset : Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
