Job descriptionAssist in building Android / iOS mobile applications Work on UI / UX implementation for mobile apps Test applications and resolve technical issues Support deployment and maintenance activities Assist in SEO, SMO, and basic Google Ads activities Create and manage content for social media platforms Support email marketing and lead generation campaigns Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports Basic knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Basic understanding of Mobile App concepts Awareness of SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Marketing tools Basic knowledge of databases is an added advantage Good communication skills Willingness to learn new technologies Team player with positive attitude Problem-solving mindset Probation Period : 6 Months Structured training with real-time projects Continuous performance evaluation during probation During Probation (First 6 Months) : Stipend / Entry-level salary After Probation : Salary hike based on performance review Role confirmation as Junior Developer / Digital Marketing Specialist Performance-based incentives Career growth and learning opportunities Junior Developer Software Developer / Mobile App Developer Digital Marketing Specialist Full Stack Developer (based on skill performance)
