The PMO must bring strong business acumen, analytical depth, and cross-functional coordination skills. This role will support the BU Head in three core areas :
1. Refining "Where to Play" - segmentation, customer targeting, and defining a differentiated value proposition.
2. Defining "How to Win" - key account plans, sales / BD organisation design, customer org mapping, and capability needs.
3. Driving Customer Conversion - supporting all ZBS-New Customer Acquisition (NCA) activities to meet the BU's committed goals.
- Lead visibility, accountability, and performance tracking for Zetwerk Business Services through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
- Work closely with Sales / BD teams to track pipeline health, qualify target accounts, and monitor conversion metrics.
- Track BU strategic initiatives end-to-end, ensuring clear owners, timelines, and deliverables.
- Translate external signals (earnings calls, analyst notes, industry reports, shareholder updates) into clear strategic insights.
- Maintain competitive and market intelligence feeds from consulting firms, research partners, and industry bodies.
- Deep-dive into category trends, customer behavior, share-of-wallet potential, and revenue headroom and build market landscapes for categories, competitors, and customer segments.
- Convert analyses into crisp recommendations for BU leadership to inform targeting, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Support creation of customer pitches, business cases, ROI models, and commercial proposals.
