Job description
  • Managing the accounts receivable administration
  • Checking and processing sales invoices
  • Monitoring the continuity of accounts receivable
  • Providing accounts receivable reports
  • Maintaining contacts with debtors and handling correspondence
  • Verifying bookings
  • Applying aging analysis to outstanding items, sending reminders to debtors
  • Cleaning up the accounts receivable list by matching receipts to invoiced amounts
  • Monthly intercompany reconciliation
  • Managing the accounts payable administration
  • Coding purchase invoices
  • Linking invoices to the purchasing system
  • Authorizing invoices and expense claims and ensuring their return
  • Archiving invoices
  • Monthly intercompany reconciliation
