What This Role Requires

In this role, you will be a key contributor to MResult’s mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Support a team of data scientists as the machine learning models QA / validation SME

Responsible for documenting the model Qualification Plan and Technical Specification documents in collaboration with the data scientists and project team.

Document business and technical requirements for the ML model, including accuracy, performance, and functionality.

Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to ensure thorough evaluation and testing of the model.

Review and approve test cases to ensure model requirements and performance criteria are met.

Generate summary reports as per the Qualification Plan.

Interpret test results and provide feedback for improvement.

Key Skills to Succeed in This Role :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in the IT domain, with a focus on Quality Assurance and Validation towards Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Basic understanding of statistical analysis.

Experience or familiarity with Computer System Validation / Quality Assurance practices in a Digital or IT organization

Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and / or C++.

Familiarity with the lifecycle of AI / ML projects and Software Development.

Experience with AI / ML modeling, preferably in healthcare / life science data.

Experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes or chemical engineering background highly preferred.
