Job Description - Product Expert / Business Analyst :
As a Product Expert, you serve as a domain specialist and subject matter expert (SME) supporting the Product Owner and Product Manager. You provide deep product and domain knowledge to ensure solutions meet customer and market expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide detailed functional and domain knowledge to Agile Teams during Feature and Story refinement
- Support the Product Owner with acceptance criteria definition and clarifications
- Act as the go-to person for product behavior, customer use cases, and market-specific scenarios
- Participate in demos, UAT, and training sessions to ensure solutions align with real-world needs
- Help identify product gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Train internal teams (development, QA, support) on product functionality and updates
- Assist with documentation, FAQs, and knowledge transfer activities
Technical / Functional Skills & Qualifications :
Strong product and domain expertise in the relevant functional area, preferably Airline Revenue Assurance and Refunds.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business language into technical understanding and vice versaExperience working in an Agile / SAFe environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teamsSoft Skills Required :
