About the Role :
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 5-7 years of professional experience in visual design. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in branding, digital design, and print media, along with the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging content. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to deliver impactful designs that strengthen brand identity and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and create high-quality graphics for digital, social, print, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, content) to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Design and maintain brand assets, including logos, style guides, templates, and promotional materials.
- Develop engaging visuals for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, presentations, and advertisements.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh design perspectives.
- Provide creative direction and mentor junior designers when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5-7 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, and print work.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, orSketch.
Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI / UX design is a plus.Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and design trends.Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.(ref : hirist.tech)
